Fast-food was developed for a fast, modern life but now we know what's really needed: Balance for the mind and body, through good food and friends. So, once a week Miri slows down from her busy life and hosts a dinner party. She starts by buying ingredients that are local, fresh and BIG on flavor. Miri shows us how she does it and we can do it too!
